Refunds We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Standard outbound shipping costs will be refunded. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Exemptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalised items, digital products that have been accessed or downloaded, or sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened.
